Oh! I almost forgot... I signed up with a company while I was at home called FHTM. It is similar to an MLM type of company. I had a friend call and tell me I had to come to a presentation. Skeptically I accepted the invitation. When I got there I was absolutely blown away. There was no selling. There was no getting a hundred people below you in a line so you could make a few dollars. So... finally got this thing working! Back at it people! So... apparently I am fairly technologically inept and this blogger figured out how to beat me... but no more! I am back!

Over the past few days, I had the chance to head home for a couple days and then returned to lovely old Dawson Creek!

I havn't done much more than what was last discussed but I am involved in a mastermind group which will be discussing the book, "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. This book is regarded as one of the classic business texts of all time. I will write about the discussions tomorrow.

I have also connected with a few more real estate investors who have offered to become mentors or coaches. This is really exciting seeing as we will be able to draw on their wealth of knowledge and expertise as we look at potential deals looking to the future.

Other than that, I am reading Multi Family millions right now and getting some great information on how to secure apartment buildings and other multi family properties. I really recommend it to anyone looking to add these properties to their portfolio.
