Healthy ME

Today was Shoulders and Bi's... It was a quick one! But a good one!

The Diet has changed a little bit but it looks like this:

Wake up: Protein Shake / Superpump 250 / Multi Vitamin

Post Workout: Protein Shake

9:30: Cottage Cheese mixed with yogurt

12:00: Chicken breast wrap (cheese, salsa, whole wheat tortilla)

3:00: Chicken breast wrap (same as before)

6:00: Chicken breast and salad

9:00 Protein Shake

I drink at least 8 liters of water every day as well. MINIMUM 8 L!!

It was a great day today! First of all... as you can see I finally have made some progress with the supplements. We have a label!! PRIMER Whey Protein! Available Soon! ;)

I also have "skidded" my marketing guy because he was in la la land, not getting anywhere so I contacted a guy by the name of Josh who has worked with my brother in the past. His site can be found at:

Some nice stuff he has on there so I am really looking forward to seeing what he can create for ERP Nutrition.

I also have made contact with a gentleman in India, who will be creating our foot pad (i know, yet to be determined) website. I never really realized how much pre planning is involved before a stitch of code is ready to be typed. Functionality? What the heck does that mean? Anyways... the conversation has started and hopefully we can get moving soon. I do already have a supplier and I also contacted a fulfillment house who will be handling all my order picking, shipping and handling. I also contacted the company that will be optimizing and advertising my site for me... All of this on my 30 minute lunch hour! How's that for productivity?!

Last night I also researched a bunch of houses. It seems like more and more amazing deals pop up every day in Memphis. It has huge opportunity for those who can recognize it. I magine spending $25,000- $30,000 and create $700-$850 a month cashflow... EVERY MONTH! For as long as you want to keep it. Not to mention these houses are valued at anywhere between $60,000 and $90,000 giving you up to $60,000 in equity immediately!!
