I also have "skidded" my marketing guy because he was in la la land, not getting anywhere so I contacted a guy by the name of Josh who has worked with my brother in the past. His site can be found at:

I also have made contact with a gentleman in India, who will be creating our foot pad (i know, yet to be determined) website. I never really realized how much pre planning is involved before a stitch of code is ready to be typed. Functionality? What the heck does that mean? Anyways... the conversation has started and hopefully we can get moving soon. I do already have a supplier and I also contacted a fulfillment house who will be handling all my order picking, shipping and handling. I also contacted the company that will be optimizing and advertising my site for me... All of this on my 30 minute lunch hour! How's that for productivity?!
Last night I also researched a bunch of houses. It seems like more and more amazing deals pop up every day in Memphis. It has huge opportunity for those who can recognize it. I magine spending $25,000- $30,000 and create $700-$850 a month cashflow... EVERY MONTH! For as long as you want to keep it.
