Weekly Goals

Here's something new. I always talk about goal setting and mindset so I thought that every Sunday I would share my goals for the week. This will help show my mindset and plans going into each week and it helps me to set my accountability for the week.

This weeks goals are very important. This week is going to be a big week since I'll be gone next week. I need to make things happen.

Weekly goals for the week of March 15-21:

1. Workout every weekday morning and ride the bike every other evening.

2. Complete Daily goal setting to ensure weekly goals success!

3. Complete Phase I in website construction and Begin Phase II.

4. Complete Pre-Mexico Goals for ERP Nutrition.

5. Research 80 properties.

6. Make 5 new real estate investing contacts.

7. Contact RTO company on West Coast and discuss future plans with RTO in Alberta.

8. Talk to 5 new people about FHTM.

9. Get American Money for TRIP TO MEXICO!!!

10. Have fun, Enjoy life, be grateful and inspire!

Tomorrow I will get into more detail on the website and how we are pulling everything together as well as how we are going to completely atomize it so we have to invest the minimum amount of time possible.

Also, later on this week I am going to share some amazing FHTM success stories with you and we are going to discuss simple, time tested strategies on how to beat "worry".

Healthy ME

HEalthy Me is still going really well. I am not having a hard time following certain eating habits or the exercise demands I have placed on myself. I feel good every morning even though it is a little tough to get up on some mornings.

Throughout the day I am not struggling with energy levels ever. It's actually been better.

The thing I love most about working out is the energy and momentum you get from a good workout that stays with you for the rest of the day! After a good, hard workout, you feel like you can accomplish anything and you're ready to take on whatever the day has to offer. Things that used to be difficult, don't seem so hard any longer. That's what I love... the confidence you get from a stronger, faster, healthier body!

Below is the ab workout I have been doing at home in the morning. I do all 5 movements with no rest between movements. I take a 2 minute break and then complete the circuit a second time.
Let me know what you think.

Ok.... OK! I know Donny! IT's been a while... but it has been a very busy week! Let's have a look...

Website:

We decided to go for Detox foot pads! Yeah... that's right.... your opinion apparently means nothing! ;)

We made contact with a website developer from India named Kinkar. Now, obviously I was a little concerned about potential language barrier issues but, I'm happy to report that Kinkar speaks fluent English. We discussed what I was looking for and expectations in terms of timelines and functionality. Below is our timeline:

*Milestone I: (Design Phase) ( 5 Days )*
Scope Review & Finalization
Mockup Finalization
HTML of the Home page.

*Milestone II: (Integration Phase) ( 20 Days )*
Database Design
Front-end Coding ( Payment Gateway & Shipping Gateway
Information Required )
Back-end Coding ( Intelli-Chat & Live Face Information Required )
Administrative Panel integration

*Milestone III: (Testing Phase) ( 4 Days )*
De-bugging ( Hosting Server Information Required )
Project Completion Review
Delivery/Transfer of Website

As of right now we are in the middle of phase I. As we work through the different phases I will post more information. As of right now, in phase I, Kinkar and his team are putting together the basic mockup "look" to the site and then when they are done, we will approve and move ahead.

As you saw earlier in the week, We have a label for our PRIMER Whey Protein. By the end of the week I want to achieve the following goals for ERP Nutrition:

1. Have the multi vitamin formula completed and ready for manufacturing

2. Have the official formula for the energy/fat burner pills.

3. Recieve the samples which I was promised over 2 weeks ago now.

4. Decide on names for the multivitamin and energy pills.

5. Have label mockups made

If any of the 5 goals are not reached by the time I fly out of Edmonton International Airport at 6:00 am on the morning of March 22, 2008, we will be going to our second choice to do our private labelling.

Chew on all that for now...
