Healthy ME - Day 13

Back and Triceps!

Close Grip Pullups
3 sets of 6-10 reps

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns
3 sets of 10-12 reps
Tricep Rope Cable Extensions
3 sets of 10-12 reps

Reverse Pushups
3 sets of 12 reps
Crazy Tricep Movement
3 sets of 12 reps
Over head tricep extension
3 sets to failure

One arm dumbell row
3 sets of 10-12 reps
Ab routine


Yet again, as little rest as possible between sets. The ab routine I will be adding its own posting over the next couple of days. I'm heading home for the next week so hopefully I will have a little extra time to spend on postings. We'll see ya in Edmonton!
