Healthy ME - Day 3

Another good workout! I even slept in until 5:10 today and still made it to the gym by 5:30!

Shoulder and Bicep Day!

Clean and Presses
3 sets @ 10 reps

Single Arm Lateral raises
3 sets @ 10 reps per side
Reverse Grip EZ Curl
3 sets @ 10 reps

Rear Delt Raises
3 sets @ 10 reps
Hammer Curls
3 sets @ 10 reps

Dumbell Shoulder Presses
3 sets @ 8 reps - as much weight as possible without tearing the hell out of my shoulders!

Mixed in abs again as I was going and gave myself as little rest as possible as I went along.

That was that!
