Healthy ME

Today was Shoulders and Bi's... It was a quick one! But a good one!

The Diet has changed a little bit but it looks like this:

Wake up: Protein Shake / Superpump 250 / Multi Vitamin

Post Workout: Protein Shake

9:30: Cottage Cheese mixed with yogurt

12:00: Chicken breast wrap (cheese, salsa, whole wheat tortilla)

3:00: Chicken breast wrap (same as before)

6:00: Chicken breast and salad

9:00 Protein Shake

I drink at least 8 liters of water every day as well. MINIMUM 8 L!!
