I know it's been a while but I'm back from my friends wedding in Mexico.

So, here are the updates:

Website is still being developed. They are actually writing the code. I still haven't decided on a manufacturer which I am hoping to do by the end of the weekend.

Real Estate, I have been working with a guy in California to set me up with a line of credit to help with funding for the real estate deals. It would help get around the issues with being a canadian trying to enter the American market.

It's looking very good!

Also, I have made contact with a woman in Calgary who does the same thing... She helps people purchase properties in the states as revenue properties or vacation properties. Her focus is on the Phoenix area. She has extended an invitation to work with her and I can focus on the Edmonton market. We'll see what comes of that.
