www.mydetoxsoulutions.com is about 3 weeks away from being launched. We have almost everything in place. We have our fulfillment service agreement in place. We have our campaign management in place an starting May 1, 2009. I have training calls for both booked for next week so hopefully I will be able to share a little more information on both afterwards.
FHTM - After seeing Bob Proctor live because I was an FHTM representative, there has been a fire reignited within me. I am really looking forward to working harder and harder on FHTM. The best part about it, is that it's a system already in place and all you have to do is what they suggest you do. It really is not that difficult at all. I was just allowing myself to get wrapped up in everything else but now, I am ready to rock it!
The campaign management company I am using for detoxsoulutions estimates, right off the start, that they will be driving 500 or more visits to our site per DAY!!! 500!!! That's great right off the bat for detoxsoulutions but what if we apply it to a lead generating site for FHTM? Because of FHTM's business model, we are not bound by borders. Let it roll! So I have contacted a designer about developing a simple but inspirational sales letter site to generate leads.
Now is the time to get in because this thing is going to take on a life of it's own! Ride the wave people!
ERP Nutrition - Logo is finished! Website is coming! First round of samples are here! Message me for your free samples. Still waiting on a container prototype and still need to work on product names for the fat burner and multivitamin. The multivitamin will be the first joint care focused multivitamin. More on ERP to come soon - I hope!
Real Estate - A lot has been going on here. I have made contact with a few more people. I have met a woman in Calgary that focuses on the American market and has been for quite some time. She helps people get vacation and revenue properties and focuses on the Phoenix area. Her and I have discussed an agreement where I would be her point of contact to get into Edmonton and offer her services there.
I am still waiting on the word from the guy in California who is working on my financing. What he's doing is setting me up with $100, 000 line of credit that I will be able to use to purchase some of these bargain properties which will be spitting positive cashflow.
I have also been approached about promoting some other opportunities in the states which I don't fully understand at this point. I will have more on this later as I understand it better!
Still working towards getting the RTO (rent to own) thing going on in Edmonton and I have a friend creating the website for me. I will post more on this as it progresses.
Opportunities seem to be flooding in more and more. I remember a couple years ago, thinking, "Why doesn't anything good ever happen to me?" Well I am now making up for that. I realize now that I wasn't ready for it. Well, I am now!
I have also contacted an individual who has created a very comfortable living purely by posting on EBAY. He started out in 1998 selling products he would find at garage sales. He has now grown into a warehouse where he holds thousands of products he purchases from liquidators and auctions and has created a business that does over $250,000 a year in sales. He has offered to show me his systems he uses and mentor me along, sharing his wisdom and knowledge so that I can duplicate his results in a very short amount of time.
MSI's! Multiple Streams of Income! Like I said from the beginning, 9 streams of income by the end of 2009!
