Today was another busy day at the JOB! Catching up on paperwork and everything like that is always a bit of a drag.

Today we saw some definite progress with the supplement line. I need to brainstorm the product line name. Any suggestions? I am also going to be considering taking on product representatives. If you are interested please email me. Product line is about 4 months away.

I also did a bunch more research on properties in the states. I am still focusing much of my research on the ares; Dallas, Memphis and Atlanta. It seems quite easy to find properties below $50, 000 that will fetch between $750 and $1000 a month rent. So that would create a fairly substantial monthly income.

On Thursday night the discussion with my personal mentor was about more ways to research properties. More websites and such. We also discussed how to create a Limited Liability Corporation in Nevada which has no state taxes and it will create a way to be completely cut off from the corporation. The process she suggested ensures complete secrecy of your identity to the rest of the country. It will also create an identity for you to do any real estate investing in the States and gain financing within 8-12 months of it's creation. SWEET!
