Healthy ME - Day.... ummm... Today!

Even though I was up until almost midnite, the first day back in Dawson, I got up at 4:30 am and got right back on track with the "Healthy ME" routine. I did go to the gym 5 days while I was at home but to be honest... I slacked! The intensity wasn't really there. It wasn't a total waste of time but I could have done better!

This morning was Legs and Triceps. I started with Jump Squats and did 5 sets and then did the wall sits and stair lunges. Check it out....

For people looking to push it a little harder, try 30 pound dumbells and prior to doing lunges, do a wall sit for 30-45 seconds (shown below). You will feel the burn... TRUST ME!

Make sure to keep your knees bent at 90 degrees!

I did 3 different tricep movements which I will share with you the next time I do legs. I also did some calf raises to finish up.
