Ok... Ok I know... it's been a while. I just got back up to Dawson Creek yesterday (Wednesday). I spent the week at home running around, making phone calls, meeting up with people and wow... there is a lot to share. It may take me a couple of days to run it all done but here we go.

I have mentioned that I have set up my American corporation to make it possible for me to invest in the States. The papers have been sent away and I heard back from my contact saying that it's just a matter of time before that's all said and done so when I receive my articles, I'll scan and post them.

She also mentioned that it's not so hard for a canadian to get an american bank account now. She gave me the name of her contact and said that she has already started the wheels in motion there. All I have to do, is find some time to get down to any branch across the states and sign the paperwork. I believe the name of the bank is Washington Mutual.

I researched a bunch more properties which I will post over the next couple of days and Chris Peak has sent me a bunch to have a look at as well.

The most exciting thing that happened over the last week and a bit was I had a couple sit downs with a young man who is making quite a killing on the internet. He markets teeth whitening products to the American market and is doing quite well with it. He agreed to, in a way, apprentice me through the process he used to set up his business. The potential here is massive!
Looking at his numbers, dividing them in half, because I am so technologically inept, as we have seen... It is a situation that could help finance our real estate endeavors, therefore releiving us of any financing requirements.

Other than that, I also did some work for FHTM and had a bunch of phone calls but those would be the highlights of the week! Back in Dawson and ready to get to work! Mentoring phone call for the week is tonite! Let's see what we come up with!
