Healthy ME

Shoulders and Biceps again... mixed with a little more than usual for abdominals. Tomorrow I am expected at work by 7am from 7:30 am so it's going to make working out in the AM a lot tougher, but I'm sure I can manage! I just have to get to bed a little earlier.... RIGHT! ;)

Ran through it fast today, in and out in 35 minutes or so....

Clean & Presses
4 sets of 6-10 reps

Lateral Raises
3 sets of 10 reps
Bicep curls
3 sets of 10 reps

Rear Delt Raises
3 sets of 10 reps
Incline bicep curls
3 sets of 10 reps

Cable Upright Rows
3 sets of 10 reps
Isolation Bicep Curls
3 sets of 10 reps

After each group I added 2 of the ab exercises from yesterday. It was a good one! 6 days to Mexico!
